- All digital downloads, templates, and design files are delivered instantly or via email link after purchase.
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our templates, designs, or brand assets – in whole or in part – is strictly prohibited.
- You may use purchased templates and files for your own business use only, as outlined in the license terms included with your purchase.
Custom & Branded Orders
For custom projects, personalized templates, or branded assets, timelines and delivery terms are confirmed at checkout or during onboarding. Custom and branded orders are non-refundable once design work has begun.
File Access & Support
We recommend downloading and safely storing your files immediately after purchase. While we aim to provide continued access, file links may expire after 14 days.
If you lose access or need files resent, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order details.
